Design Specialists, Inc. is an independent design firm that has been in business since 1988. We are a NYS certified WBE minority business with our headquarters in Syracuse, New York.
We are unique in that we can work on a fee base for design services in addition to offering procurement services such as window treatments, furniture, artwork, accessories, interior signage and more. The ability to order and install product makes us more valuable to our clients and allows them to take advantage of “one-stop” design with the largest design interiors library in CNY.
Our products are extremely competitive as we purchase them directly from our over 150 vendors and have our own workroom and installation team.
We are relationship driven, have no voice mail and have a 24 hour call back policy. Providing the best customer service to our clients is paramount to us with over 80% of our client repeat business.
