We were initially, awarded the bid to provide our design services for an 8000+ sf Clubhouse. As the project progressed we developed a relationship with our client and established a trust level which allowed us to bid on the procurement side. The products that we bid on & were awarded included: Furniture, Floor Covering, Lighting, Window Treatments and AccessoriesThe client was thrilled that they were able to streamline the project and keep most of the design & product details under one roof.

2009 NAHB Award Winner - Clubhouse Design

Otsego Skilled Nursing Center 

We were hired by a healthcare architect to provide full service interior design for this “county” run skilled nursing facility, located in the beautiful Cooperstown, New York. As a county facility, the funding for interiors was limited. The client was ecstatic about the final outcome of the colors and textures that were used in the facility. The building is very welcoming and warm, due to the selection of the colors and materials. Our services also included the selection, specification and bidding of all furnishings. We also provided and installed all window shades and fabric valances through our procurement services.
